There are no guarantees that a particular future litter will happen as there are a lot of variables and sometimes a litter is lost. Also I can't predict how quickly you will move up on the list as the girls don't let me in on how many they are going have. This is a general waiting list which is worked in the order the applications were received.  Cortes Mini Schnauzer has the option to keep pick pup from any litter.

Want to place a deposit on an upcoming litter?

I will occasionally accept up to 3 deposits for each litter before they are born, once the puppies are born we will accept deposits on the rest of the litter. No deposit is due to join the applicant waiting list, only the deposit list. Deposit holders will get first pick over applicant holders, (families who only sent in an application).
A normal litter size for us is 3 to 6 puppies. If you would like to place a deposit on an upcoming litter i ask that you wait till the pregnancy is confirmed around 4 weeks gestation but a deposit can be placed on a planned breeding.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

**Remember placing a deposit on an unborn pregnancy confirmed litter is 100% optional, it is not required. Deposit holders will get first pick over applicant holders.**

After those on the waiting/deposit list have placed deposits/made their picks, the waiting list will be "refreshed" for our next litter(s).

We require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $300 to hold a puppy until he/she is 8-10 weeks of age and ready for their forever home. You can place a deposit on any of our available puppies. On occasion I will accept 2 or 3 deposits on an upcoming litter, these people will have first pick in the order the deposit was placed then applicants in the order the application was received. Deposit holders/Applicants will be given a limited time frame to chose their desired puppy. If the first pick holder hasn't made their choice by then the next deposit/applicant holder will be given the opportunity to make their choice until all deposit holders/applicants have made their pick and placed a deposit, if you haven't done so already. When the puppies reach 6 - 8 weeks of age they will be evaluated and priced.

All pups are to be fixed at 6 months of age per contract.

Contract will be signed on day of meeting when pup s ready to be picked up at 8 weeks old.

 

For upcoming litters $300 deposit can be made through  Venmo or Zelle to be added to waiting list. Deposit is our record of transaction and will be used toward the balance of the pup. The balance is due at pick up when pup is 8 weeks old. 

 

If you don’t choose a pup from a litter your deposit can be transferred to another litter. Deposit is not refundable.

Pics and videos of pups you requested (color size and sex) when you made the deposit will be shared with you once newborns arrive. Selection can be made and confirmed . Video and pics of your chosen pup will be shared with you weekly until day of pick up.
